I help business owners exit their current business and leave it in safe hands. I am not a corporate entity, that can often forget the human element of the blood and sweat you have put into business over the years. I appreciate what it has taken and the sacrifices you have made.

That's why I work with a small group of individuals who have many years experience in the acquisitions market and have a highly effective team in place ready to go. I am actively looking to buy businesses from owners retiring or just moving on.

Paul's Background

With over 40 years of construction industry experience, from working for major house builders, to project management, to building my own property business along the way. I have also headed up a team who undertake projects for major education facilities and coordinate all trades to achieve a program that meets clients demanding schedules as well as keeping the facilities in use without too much disruption. I have also enjoyed working on Ferrari facilities expanding their showrooms incorporating cutting edge design along with the challenges of historic buildings and the challenges we faced during the build and fit out.

I am now actively looking to buy businesses within the construction industry, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Firesafety, Architects. I am looking to build a collective group that can be dynamic and responsive to changing markets in this sector.

I am also very interested in the support industries, manufacturing, plant provision and civil engineering, this way we rely on our countries resources and infrastructure and begin to reduce the volatility that currently affect global markets.

My goal is to become the giant for others in the future, even if it’s just one school leaver, or one apprentice, or the next entrepreneur, it will make the difference to them.
